Easy to scroll through. Products could have more info rather than explaining how does the product look on your face. Andd whrn making your own palette, there should be more options for the shell. Still waiting for my product so cant say anything about that yet.

The products are great! They always show up perfectly wrapped and in tact. However their order processing time from when you place the order to when it is actually sent out from the warehouse and shipped takes about a week sometimes, 1.5 weeks because it is only operating through weekly business days. Even if you bought an expedited shipping rate, it would be pointless because the colourpop warehouse takes too long processing your order before sending it out to USPS.

I love Colourpop products; I love that they're super affordable, great quality, and most of all cruelty-free and vegan. I just wish that there wasn't such a discrepancy between the color shown on the website and the actual color of the product.

I love ColourPop, and everything I have from them! My only complaint is the inclusion of non-eye safe glitter in their eyeshadow palettes :(

I hate how you put out a product and it sold out right away. And it never restocks again. Your customer base is bigger than what you think it is. Keep in mind that everyone wants a piece of it

They never stock enough items of their popular things. If you work a regular job and don't have access to the computer at all times you miss out. I only got to buy half of what I wanted.
