Easy to use website and lots of product variety. I just wish all the lip colors all had swatches on skin tones to really notice the difference of the colors. It’s hard to tell the color just having a swatch on a white background.

I honestly love shopping on colourpop for things like eyeshadow pallets and brushes. But I’m always a bit apprehensive about buying foundation and concealer online I have to be in store to buy it. And even then it usually match my skin tone. There should be a photo find my match then I could be sure of what I’m buying

I love this site! I have friends that are in love with makeup, so this is the best site to get all your products on. The only thing I wish could be different is the restock on product's, instead of waiting a really long time to order again for the products you want in specific. Other than that Colourpop is a MUST & GO TO WEBSITE :)

I’m assuming I’m rating the website since I literally just placed my order for my pallets and therefore, obviously, have not received them yet. I actually really like the website. However, I do think the drop down menu could be better by breaking down the eyeshadow options more, since that’s what y’all are known for. Consider color story pallets, jelly shadows, shimmers, vegan, custom pallet, etc. Just really making it more user friendly for shoppers, especially those who may not be as makeup-savvy as others. Also, you guys have so much to promote about your brand, like the fact that it’s all created in an American laboratory, y’all’s laboratory. You’re also a sustainable brand. These, I think, should be on a scrolling cover on your site. Letting people know that there are even more reasons to stay loyal to you guys. You guys are also 100% cruelty free, advertise that on the site. Also consider video blogs about the process of making a specific person’s pallet on your site. Make it special for some of the buyers. I promise, people will continue to order from you guys if they think y’all will post a YouTube video of THEIR pallet being made for them. Y’all are one of the only (if not the only) brand that has access to the lab like that. USE IT!
