The product I did receive was good but I have yet to get my refund for the product I did not receive but was charged for.

Broken, previously used product. Not sanitary
My order came with broken, opened boxes and finger smudges on blush. Clearly previously used. Colourpop response was that shipping caused this and they would try harder to package better in the future but would not refund or return because of covid. Shady dishonest company. Trying to unload already returned products to new customers.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE. I WAS HOPING TO SURPRISE MY GIRLFRIEND, BUT THE ITEM ARRIVED OVER A FREAKING WEEK LATER. PATHETIC.
