Everything is very great about colourpop ! Very affordable and yet the quality of the make up are very high end. Pigmented, last very long and is vegan as well ! So far my sensitive skin and everything handle colourpop very well. But i must say, u are always with the same colours and tones for your lippies and especially for the eyeshadow ! I love your eye shadows and bought a lot of pallettes but sometime it is hard to choose as there are a lot of similar shades/colours in every pallette. Not just a few but almost everything in every pallette looks the same just that few shimmers are different. Maybe could work on that, if the colours are the same then dont put it in the pallette. Maybe just sell smaller pallettes with your new colours.

I love the product and the price was reasonable, but it came a couple of days late. The one thing that was redeeming about that was that they gave me an eye shadow pot as recompense.

I love the design of the website, but there should be an option to make it less cluttered by removing the “out of stock” items from the list. Either that or those items can be arranged to be at the bottom of the list.

I love colourpop! good quality for a low price it’s makes it easy to buy a lot of stuff at once. now i only gave 4 stars because two of my pallets have a loose pan. i assume they didn’t glue it correctly. if it wasn’t loose, def a 5 star rating! (make sure you, colourpop, that your workers glue it correctly) :)

I wish that instead that went an item went out of stock, the listing stayed up, instead of it disappearing until the restock. When the listing disappears, it makes me think the item is discontinued. Otherwise, the site was easy to use and well organized

Colourpop's products consistently impress me with their quality and variety. The prices are very reasonable and the website is easy to navigate. I like that orders over $30 receive free shipping; however, I wish Colourpop processed orders faster. The website says that it usually takes 3-5 business days for orders to be shipped, but it isn't a guarantee. I've had orders take over 3 weeks to reach me. Overall, they're a great brand, but their shipping can be a frustration.

Definitely the best bang for your buck!
