Never use it ! i don't suggest them, they just stole my money and put the responsability them on dhl, where dhl is puting the responsability on them, i've never receive anything and my order is somewhere in the nature since the beginning of august, i'm waiting it since 2 month and nobody is giving me answer, or anykind of solution, i've lost 142 dollars for nothing , so never use colorpalette, color palette just still your money.

I really really wanted to try colourpop’s products and for a long time because of the pandemic (I assume) a lot of products were out of stock ando was checking their website for when they were back in stock. So when o finally saw them I placed my order and was so happy expecting them unfortunately my order (an international order) couldn’t be shipped to me with no known reason it didn’t even leave DHL’s headquarters and was sent back to colourpop which was very weird because I’ve had no problems with other companies when ordering something international, and my package cannot be reshipped to me not even with other address nor prices being respected for next purchase. I did receive answers from colourpop’s team but it was until I kept writing to know what had happened with my package. So my experience was not so good, I don’t think I’ll buy from them in the future and I feel like there has to be a little bit more from them when situations like this happen. Also I have not received my refund yet. I was told until they get my package they will issue me a refund but my package was returned to them a month ago and still no refund! Not a good experience at all!
