Great experience, minor troubles when paying
I had a great experience while shopping! I had no issues shopping and searching for products all over the website, but the reason I took one star in the rating is because I had trouble when paying, as it seems no site I have tried allows us to use two or more credit/debit(or any) cards. I have 4 vanilla visa gift cards but, since the total of the purchase is higher than any of the cards’ balance, I was not able to pay with any of those. I have tried other makeup brand sites, but the same thing occurs. Other than that, so far I love this brand and its products.

Delivery speed& customer service
Pls improve your customer service bcs automatic reply is really annoying and cannot help me fix problems. Btw the delivery speed is so slow. You must get it quicker.
