I was missing an item

Worst customer service and the items I received was used and swatched. When I raised the point as I paid around 123$ for stuff and customer service didn’t bother to reply. Not going to buy again.

The shipping was late and I didn’t receive the brushes that came with the set VERY DISAPPOINTED

i’ve only bought 2 times from colour pop and both times i had an issue. there was a missing item in one of the orders. second time i bought in sale and they inflated the prices just before the sale. when i mentioned this to them they wouldn’t acknowledge it.

I never received my order and still waiting on the refund
