I ordered the ColourPop Land collection on release day, within minutes of launch. After more than a week and a half with no communication, I received a message that parts of my order were backordered and would be canceled. When I contacted customer support about this, expressing frustration about their fulfillment issues, they canceled my entire order. I will not (attempt to) purchase ColourPop products, from their site or another retailer, again.

I'm really disappointed in the color layoff, not to mention the glitters really don't stay on. I could blend the mattes okay but for the life of me the glitters just wouldn't stay on and they always appeared dull. I'm also really annoyed with how little matte shades there are, I was expecting mostly mattes with two to four solid glitters, but most of the pallette is glitter and unfortunately really doesn't match my skin tone. That isn't the palletes fault, but the quality is. I won't be using colourpop going forward because I'm really dissapointed with the formula.

Everything was fine until i didn’t receive my package and now it’s been two months and there’s been no check in or refund.

I ordered several things from the sailor moon collection that sells out quickly and takes a long time to restock. I recieved my package but it was filled with products from someone else’s order. I doubt they will be able to send me replacements for the products I bought since they are now sold out.

Shipping time sucks

My orders have not yet arrived at my address and the tracking number says that it was returned to you.

Ordered my makeup August 7th and still haven’t received it.

Every time I would try to purchase makeup brushes kit they would be sold out. I was able to purchase a bundle with eye shadows and brushes they had on sale. I received an email saying everything was shipped then 2 weeks after they emailed me to say they were out of stock for the make up brushes. If you were out of stock why would you have the option to buy in the first place?!?! You never have the brushes in stock when I visit your website and it would appear as out of stock. Why would you make me believe I finally got a hold of them and then email me weeks later after shipment to inform me there are non left?!?! I then asked to just have the order cancelled and they said they couldn't cause it had been shipped. So you knew you were put of stocked shipped the rest of the order and couldn't inform me the brushes were not there? It's extremely disheartening because I had been saving money and have always wanted to buy makeup from your website and you guys have made a horrible first impression. Will never buy from you again.
