I love the tumeric face milk and have been waiting for it to come back- I would give 5 stars but I feel like if you have a product that is constantly sold out make sure you have plenty in stock

One of my super shock shadows were broken.

Sometimes is hard to know if my order will come fast or will take a long time to be delivered, i love your products, and prices and the quality though!

Shipping was on time and nothing was missing from my order. Website is easy to navigate but product description is not expandable on bundle options given on palette pages making decisions more cumbersome and knowing if you are buying duplicate product iffy. This is a turn off from a large purchase maker like myself.

The service was great, my only thing is the shipping for international is rather expensive. I also wish it told me the amount it would take out of my account before it was taken as your site is in USD.

Colourpop is the first brand as a whole I’ve loved and wanted to support. Although the prices have gone up somewhat contradicting their original appeal, it is still an affordable brand that has sales pretty often. There have been a few items I wasn’t crazy about but the majority of their products are great quality worth every penny. The website has gotten easier to use but I do wish they would release an app! The variety of colour options is what drew me in, so I do wish they would go back to releasing some of the colors other brands don’t usually use (green or blue lipstick that kind of thing). I would say my only con is the rate that they discontinue products, sometimes products only last a few months but in the same batch a popular favorite will be removed without notice. I can understand limited time seasonal collections but more than once I’ll have an item I’ve been saving up for get removed before I can order again. I do love that they listen to their customers suggestions, and also the customer service is great! I received a broken pallet once and they quickly sent me a replacement. I tell everyone about colourpop and and have introduced it to a few people i know. I’m also part of a Facebook group colourpop fanatics so I love that there’s a community.

3 week to receive my package
