this was my first time ordering colour pop as well as trying your products. i have tried tons of brands over the years and i did love the packaging of the candy land products so i ordered immediately. once my order was placed (and yes i realized it's covid) it took over a week to even get an email that said one of the items i ordered was out of stock and then took forever AGAIN to ship out. that product was one of the main reasons i ordered. when the products arrived the packaging was cute but the pallete colors barely showed up and was very disappointing. the lip roller has zero flavor or smell but the box is cute but these items will just sit...and be cute. wont be used or i will give them to my niece who is 7 as play makeup. to boot, there is no return because of the "cheap prices". 18.00 for a chalky pale pallete and 9.00 for a bad lip oil is hardly cheap! maybelline makeup is cheap and ten times the quality than this. i wish i had waited and got at ulta so i could actually return these items. horrible customer service horrible return policy and horrible quality for over priced makeup that's over produced and just keeping up with anything trendy to make a buck. i also saw the spray painted hand of a white person made to look african american which made me even more horrified i orders from this company.

I understand that the products are very reasonably priced and you get what you paid for. However my candy land collection lip products were so cheap and the product itself was terrible

I ordered the collection of a limited edition release. It came without the one piece that sets the collection apart, the powder puff. They would not allow me to return the order and only offered me a $15 refund. Extremely disappointed as their next step to appease me was to offer me a % off my next order. What next order? I will not be ordering from them again.

My order was for the colourpop land PR box which included the special box to display. When I got my order I was upset to see that my box was damaged. I had paid extra for the display box so I reached out to your customer service and was basically told that since it was a box that was damaged that there was nothing that could be done. I argued that the PR box was also part of the product and that I paid extra for it as well but there was no response. Basically oh well. I found out that I wasn’t the only one with damaged PR boxes. It’s frustrating that there was nothing your customer service could do. I felt like my money didn’t matter. Also, after some time using the gel eyeliner pencils I have found that they break incredibly easily, even if you barely have any exposed and no matter how gentle you are. The formulas are all different from each other as well.

Made a large order for me and some gifts for others to be shipped to the UK. When my parcel was a few weeks late even though it had cleared customs really fast I contacted my local courier who confirmed they couldn't find it. Told colourpop my order has been confirmed missing with all the screenshots of tracking and transcriptions from courier and they refuse a refund. An absolute joke.

Ordered several products within minutes of the Candyland collection dropping. Within the span of two weeks I received two emails stating that 2/3 of my order had been canceled due to the items being backordered. Some items were not even a part of the Candyland collection. To make the situation even more frustrating, my order was canceled days after I contacted customer service asking why my order hadn’t shipped yet; to which, I was assured that my entire order would be shipped soon. I am aware of this exact situation happening with many other customers. The company should not be allowing customers to place orders that they cannot fulfill.
