I never got my package or a refund

Customer service was very very slow to answer and hard to get a refund back. When I did get a refund it was $6.30 instead of the $7 I paid for

In case this is too long and you don’t want to read the entire thing: Colourpop has terrible customer service and will sell you items that aren’t in stock. Skip the free shipping minimum it’s not worth the hassle. I ordered an item from their candy-land collection and then some other things to meet the shipping minimum. Turns out they sold the item without having enough of it in stock, they refunded the item. I asked to cancel the rest of the order because I didn’t actually need/want the other items if I wasn’t getting the main thing I wanted they responded with a “sorry it’s already been shipped”. I asked how I could return the items and they said since their items are “low cost” they don’t take returns, refunds or exchanges. I asked if they often sell things they don’t have in stock because I don’t want this to happen again. They did not answer my question. I asked again and they just stopped responding as soon as the package was delivered.

My package isn’t here yet , and it’s been a Month now

MOST of the products are mediocre AT best! IF you must use their products and you need them in a reasonable TIMELY manner, just get them from Ulta. Online or in store! I am not going to lie, that Pretty Fresh concealer is top tier! However shipping is ridic!! I understand Covid interfering with delivery services but I have ordered and received several things from other places well after placing an order with Colourpop! Here I am an entire month later and I still don’t have my stuff. Shipping needs to be free!

I recieved my order but the makeup was dried out completely. Because I was quarantined from my residence, I didnt get to the package until around 2 weeks after its delivery so they wont refund my money or send me a new one. The last time I buy from them.
