You guys have nice products but suck at getting them to you’re customers

Really bad experience! I ordered for 60€ euros make up shipping to Europe and it never arrived! They say I can get a refund if it comes back to them as it has been denied at the UK frontier... it’s been month and nothing. Customer service is not helpful at all. I found out that they are not allowed to ship to europe and this is not the first time it happen to customers, they are trying to send the merchandise anyway to Europe in case it can “pass” and arrive to the customer but most of the time it’s denied. I’m still waiting for my refund!!!!

Make 3 different orders. Of which 95% of the pallets were broken. When I contact customer service they tell me there is nothing they can do. Pot 605 dollars with you

I placed an ordre on August 19th , today is septembre 30th ans I still haven't received anything ans they would'nt do anything about it even though i emailed them multiple time

Never got my package . Package was sent back to company .

Only one of the products I liked and it was the lip oil. The foundation was much too pale, the eyeliner in the pot was dried out, the blush was terrible and I'm super bummed.

I placed an order and I never received it. I reached out to them multiple times via email and social media and they only gave me automated responses, no help at all. There’s no phone number to call. They just stole my money and ignored me. I will never purchase anything else from this company again. Extremely unprofessional.
