Ordering and the product is always great. I took off one star because I've noticed that I either don't get tracking and shipping info, or if I get a tracking number, it's never updated. I like to know when things will be delivered so they don't get stolen off my porch.

As a brand in a competitive market I think Colourpop brings something great to the table with many different colors and products and the ability to buy palette colors in singles. I also liked the price point. My only critique is that the online store could have a few more photos of the products/swatch photos (I did see some but prefer to buy when I see the colors in lots of lights/ on different skin tones)

Please have afterpay for Australia!!!!!!

Overall I’ve had a pretty good experience. I had one item sent incorrectly but they fixed that and sent me the correct item quickly.

I would give it five stars, but every time I order from them it takes forever to get to me. They have outstanding service though. The products are always wonderful. I just wish the products didn’t take weeks to get to me.

I love and have always loved colourpop. I miss the old range of lip colors though! I’d love to see some more vibrant blues or purples in future releases.

The site was easy to navigate. The prices are great and I also loved the exact descriptions/swatches on each item. A lot of products were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but I liked the email when restocked option. I also loved the wide range and variety of products available. This is my first time purchasing Colourpop products. Other than certain items being out of stock, the website and products look great. I will continue to purchase more products in the future.

find it has trouble loading the full pages to show all eyeshadow shades for example. Otherwise great!! easy to use, great swatch for colours
