I love Colourpop products but I do not like that I have encountered numerous glitches during product releases. It’s very disappointing and is has happened back to back. Also, I understand what limited edition means, but for such a product that will be in high demand, there needs to be some type of presale that will somehow prohibit resale. All of their kits end up being resold for triple the price on eBay when many of us are trying to buy the Colourpop products directly for our personal use. Please, try to come up with an organized solution. An email raffle can work because it’s randomized and there is no stress when finally waiting in line to purchase your product. Maybe make it that a specific code can work only when purchased with your specific e-mail. Won’t necessarily stop the resellers, but it can be a way to decrease glitches and disappointment when waiting in the virtual cue to checkout.

I didn’t receive my package I was so excited for . I emailed colourpop and was just given a refund . Which I didn’t care for all I wanted was my mulan collection. It was my first order ever I’m not sure if I’ll order again. 😔

Placed 3 orders over a month ago and haven’t received any of my items. When I tried to track it the items say delivered and it’s not even to my country. I reached out to colourpop and was told that they aren’t sure why my items were undeliverable and that they would not be able to reship them. I was told I’d get a refund but I haven’t received my items or a refund yet.

I'm actually really disappointed in my online experience. I received my first ever Colourpop palette from a friend and decided to try out more product from Colourpop. When the Hocus Pocus limited edition collection rolled around I knew that was going to be the collection for me! So I waited patiently and went through the whole debacle Colourpop caused on their site as well as their Facebook Page and Instagram. I had managed to get my eyeliner three pack put into the cart during the first day when the site kept crashing. Colourpop had stopped updating us on Instagram but continued updating their Facebook page and then pushed the release date back a day. Scheduled at 10AM pst (im east coast so 1 my time.) I went on at 12:59 saw all of the items already up, I put the palette in my cart (the eyeliner was still there from the day before) and by 1:00 I was already in check out. There was a line for checkout? They had you wait and then verified you were a person twice and ended up telling me that the eye liner I had had in my cart and had already been in check out for at the time of release and actualpy even earlier that that was SOLD OUT. Between the botched release and them then uploading earlier to the site which resulted in my losing my product I dont know if i will buy from Colourpop again. I probably won't. **Update** today is now October 15th. My shipment was supposed to be here on the 10th. My status says delivered to pourch at 10:25 on Sunday the 11th "there was an unexpected delay please allow 24 to 48 hours for drop off" i contacted customer support because neither me nor my neighbors received it and they keep pushing off helping me. Oh please allow a couple days for delivery (this was on the 12th) and if you still haven't received it contact your post office. So I messaged them back on the 14th letting them know still no update. Their response was to wait til Friday the 16th. (Please allow up to 5 business days) so at this point I've gotten two different answers/brush offs and still no LIMITED edition palette that is apparently totally sold out and gone forever.

This is literally the worst site. They "launched" a line yesterday, couldn't get their site figured out and had to pull everything and relaunch it today. Then today the process of checking out took so long (almost 20 minutes of sitting in line) that everything sold out by the time I was able to complete checking out. I had $126 worth of items in my cart and I was fully in line ti start checking out 2 minutes after their launch. And every single thing sold out because their website is literal garbage. I will never, ever be buying anything from this brand again. They have the absolute worst site and are not worth anybody's money. They actually have decent products which is why it totally sucks that I can't purchase anything more from them now. They have absolutely lost a customer in me because they were ill prepared for a launch and have no idea how to actually value their customers.

I received a palette with plastic in it. Colourpop would not let me send my video showing this being PULLED out of one of my shadows, said I had to have a photo. Ridiculous.
