ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Shipping was painfully slow. Product color varies wildly from pictures online.

The pallettes are gorgeous and have some amazing colors, but they are smaller than most I've seen with the same number of eyeshadow and the color clumps on the eye easier than others I've used.

The lipstick is amazing but the pallets i bought sucked

Terrible customer service,product is good.

They answers email fairly quickly and always have good deals. Sadly the shipping to sweden takes a long time but that's not all on them. In my last order i got the wrong shade of a lipstick and when i reached out i got a coupon for the amount that expired within the month. I don't feel like this is enough for an international buyer. For me to use this coupon i either have to make a full order of 60USD to reach free shipping or the shipping is twice the price of the lipstick. I don't know if i'll place another order now and risk not getting the right thing again. The makeup market is so saturated that there's always another option..

Hard to say because I am still waiting for my products a month later

Love the product, but unfortunately the was missing my candle from the hocus pocus set. I couldn’t get your customer service at all.

My package has not arrived.
