One of palettes came broken like the glue wasn’t glued right on the palette.

Products are excellent, however customer service is severely lacking. After an issue with PayPal my Colourpop account was blocked. I managed to sort out the issue with PayPal, still Colourpop kept my account blocked and would not help me at all to resolve the issue. Am now spending my money elsewhere.

good customer service but too disorganized when it comes to agreeing on what happens with my order and a long delay in the arrival of my order, I have been waiting for it for almost two months.

I had a problem with the glosses and they smelled really old and the customer service agent was really Dismissive and I didn't Understand why I was respectful. But, I will still support colourpop I guess.

I can’t say I was satisfied with my recent purchase as one of the eyeshadow palette had been broken into pieces when arrived.

I bought the dream big set. Once the item came in, multiple pallets were scratched and the plastic was melting into the mirror on the one pallet. Looked very cheap and not worth the money at all. Customer service completely ignored the issue and said it wasn’t their fault when clearly the issue was from the manufacturer and not the carrier. In the end, I would not recommend ever.
