I set my alarm and ordered the twilight collection the minute it was launched. A week later I was told it was on back order. This makes absolutely no sense. I still have not received my order.

I received confirmation number for launch and then get an email after messaging them two weeks after (twice) that my products wouldn’t ship for 3 weeks.

I am still waiting for my twilight collection. I have yet to receive it and I purchased it within seconds of it launching.

I got the wrong product from the twilight collection. They offered me a coupon. To use the coupon I would have to buy a lot more stuff and wait around 45 more days to receive. And I couldn't buy the product I wanted because it's not in stock!! That's not fair. I would like a refund.

Never received my package so not much they can do.

Colourpop oversells limited release items and under delivers. Constant incorrect orders and subpar products.

Oversold a collection like usual and even though I had a confirmation email with all my items I bought on there, colourpop still didn't tell me they oversold and didn't actually have enough products to fulfill my order. Now I have to wait 3 months for a restock to actually get what I paid for.

Items weren’t as described and I had an item that arrived damaged and leaked product. I sent in evidence, such as pictures and videos. No new items were offered.
