A terribly mismanaged product launch. Not enough stock, no option to preorder a limited edition collection, website glitches on the first day's attempt, long waiting times to check out (meanwhile things were sold out despite being in people's carts), no answers to customer's questions, a refusal to restock despite huge demand, barring orders to countries outside the USA, no safeguards against bots and resellers. Not a single thing worked. Absolutely awful experience.

They have big collaborations that they know will be big, but dont care, launches are a mess and collabs sell out before anyone can shop. Time change of launch this week was ridiculous and unprofessional.

Un no me llega el producto

Said the product was in stock, I paid for it, then sent a Emil about a week later saying it was out of stock. Did get a refund but I will not be buying anything from them again.

I put in a complaint and so far it has not been solved yet. For such a big company it is extremely disappointing.

You sell out way to fast was on 10/1 and by the time I was able to checkout everything was sold out very unsatisfied

First and last purchase from this company. Where do I even start - the receipt looked like someone folded it with their eyes closed and didn't want to be there. Which was the first thing I saw when I opened the package, it gave me a bad feeling already. Then there's the terrible customer service, unethical price gouging practices, product packed without lack of care; poor quality control - my item arrived damaged and they blamed it on transit as usual, according to other reviews I saw, they just put the blame on transit whenever you get damaged items (so you're telling me the DENT of the METAL like lipstick was caused by transit but other items that was more fragile wasn't damaged?) highly doubt it. 90% of the items they have on the website are constantly out of stock, clearly doesn't care about their customers, just a big company that wants money. Very disappointed, expected at least an average to decent purchase experience, but nope. Only good thing I can say was my order arrived in a timely manner.
