I haven't receive nothing

Hi! I am very disappointed in colourpop. My order was made two months ago and has not yet arrived. I have not had any communication from you explaining what happened or where my order is.

I bought the Disney Mulan Liquid Lipstick and it was a smooth normal purchase, but the day before yesterday I was very prompt with time and had secured my items to buy the Hocus Pocus makeup. I was already ready to pay and insert my card information, and my items were stripped from my cart! It makes no sense if I was seriously willing to buy. They were taken over by vicious bots, reselling the products on eBay and price gouching. I will not buy again from your company! Not interested in your restocks!

I’d been hospitalized for weeks with Covid19 and was excited to come home and discover that the Mulan collection had been restocked as I’d missed the first launch. I received a damaged product not a big deal as I was able to press the shadows back inside the pan . The Mulan collection went on sale the day I received my products I explained in email to customer service what had happened and asked May I receive a reimbursement based on the difference of the current sale price which would have been a few dollars. I was told unfortunately not . I thought it was not nice and I felt something could have been done for me as it was my first order with Colourpop personally . My daughter purchases Coloupop at Ulta and we are Kathleen Lights fans who is a big endorser and face for your products . I was disappointed with my experience with your brand.

I ordered $70 worth of stuff very excited to try make in the first time in a very long time. I ordered four palettes and only got two. I still don’t understand how y’all messed up the delivery so bad. I’m never buying from here again. I’ll order again when y’all get better policies and a better shipping company to work with, I want my $70 back. It feels like y’all scammed me to be honest. I hope business is better in the future. You lost a customer but that doesn’t matter since y’all have plenty of other customers to take care of. Stay safe in these trying times y’all.

Package was stolen, customer service response time took forever and gave ineffective service

Like many people, I was ready for the hocus pocus release. They were unprepared for the traffic volume even though they’ve done other large releases (Mulan, Sailor moon). After waiting a day I was shocked to find out that they did not release the collection at 10am like they said they would. It was more like 9:55. Normally that wouldn’t be a big issue right? Well I logged in at 9:58 and was shocked to see it was available so i rushed to order only to be met with the checkout queue. After waiting 7 MINUTES, my $400 order became $150 since early birds got the worm. Very disappointed in colourpop.

I was really looking forward to the products I purchased (an eyeshadow palette, two super shock shadows and a lip gloss). The packaging was perfection (hence the 1 star), but it kinda just made the disappointment greater... The eyeshadows from the palette and super shocks both looked decent when they were first applied, despite the fact they were super dusty to apply, but they definitely didn't stay looking good very long. Perhaps 2/3 hours max. The lipgloss brush was frayed when I first opened it, and after a handful of uses looked like a hedgehog. Unless you're on the neverending treadmill of new, shiny products (and thus distracted from the lack of quality, being entranced by the new, next thing), or bamboozled by the endless influencers shilling the stuff, I don't understand how you could like the actual product :( I feel like you'd be better off spending more money (especially with eyeshadow or lip products which last FOREVER) and getting something of good quality. Though even other "cheaper" brands I've purchased have been less disappointing.
