Great products and customer service but sometimes my orders take a long time to get to Michigan

Заказ оформила 11 или 12 ноября, отправили на 5 день. В целом с момента оформления заказа до получения прошло 16 дней. Из Америки в Тирасполь это прекрасный результат. Но - две палетки теней были поцарапаны, вид небрежный, это меня очень огорчило.

I love the shadow pallets they last when you wear and that's important to me. I love how it's easy to order collections or just order what you run out of. The eye liner is amazing I've gotten the color mascara it ut was great but the black always seems to get clumpy and dried out quickly. But other that that Colour pop is a great choice

Pretty products, but they get you with shipping. 😕

I like most of the stuff I've gotten. There's a few things that I dislike some aspects of the product.

i love your products...my only complaint is when my fav color goes away and not being able to find one similar

On the website, you could add more palettes that have unnatural colors that people would like to try out. Other than that, the makeup is amazing and I love everything that you guys have!

Improvements on the website. Sometimes the site won't load correctly on my phone, laptop or tablet.So,it takes quite a while to get through the checkout process, when I know I have something in my cart.
