Horrible customer service. Colourpop charges your card as soon as you order instead of charging it once they ship the items. One week after the item I ordered hadn't even been shipped, I cancelled my order and now I have to wait 7 to 12 business days for a refund. The customer service is very unresponsive. They just started to respond once I complained about my terrible customer service experience.....

Very disappointed. Received the wrong items and the very item (the reason why we ordered) did not come and now it's sold out.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my few items. No answer at all from my inquiries to customer service. The foundation made me break out so bad! The concealer settled right in my creases looked horrible even when set. Every time I order from them it gets worse and worse. Do not recommend. Totally over hyped if u ask me.

This company is inept at best. Trying to deal with them is near impossible. I tried buying my girlfriend the Hocus Pocus palette she wanted. I was online early. As soon as 10:00 came around I grabbed it and went straight to checkout. It took about 5 minutes to wait in the queue for checkout and it then popped up a warning saying they were suddenly out of stock and my cart had been emptied? I have NEVER been on a website that has done that. EVER! So I write the customer service and they send some bulls**t excuse saying yeah, it was real popular? I said I put the item in my cart 5 seconds after they were available! A few days later I received an email announcement saying that Sunday morning, Ulta beauty would have the collection available in store Sunday morning. I went to Ulta an hour and half before they opened. Ulta opens up and says their shipment didn't show up and all they had was some eyelashes? So that's 2 hours of my life I will never get back! I have spent several thousand dollars over the years buying my girlfriend every collecting she has ever asked for. NEVER AGAIN! I will not spend another dime with this company. Time is money. If they can't appreciate my time, then they don't deserve my money!

I placed my order about a month ago, never received my package, let colour pop know I did not receive it and a second one was sent out and I did not receive that one either. Idk what’s going on but you guys have terrible customer service and I would like my money back for an item I never received. This is ridiculous and a huge inconvenience as I was gonna gift what I ordered from you guys.

Color Pop is the worst when it comes to launching new collections. They never anticipate the demand. They also pot that a launch will happen at a certain time and it actually launches earlier. To sell out in 2 minutes is ridiculous.
