It was very hard to receive my package from them took a about a month and I got little to no communication but an automated email which wasn’t very help and once I did get my package it was just one item I just gave up on trying to email back and fourth with and automated email

Not happy at all with my purchase. Some shadows came broken, others move all over the pan. Terrible customer service as you can’t reach anyone. I am now stuck with palettes that are of no use to me so I may have to dispute through my credit card company for resolution. They also changed packaging to plastic which is the issue. The palettes were perfect and never had these issues until they changed to this awful packaging. Highly recommend NOT ordering.
Hopeless
I had a problem with my product being damaged. Wrote to them and they told me to keep costs down they would not do anything. Well, I received broken eyeshadow and show be allowed an exchange or return. Be ready for no customer service! Terrible business practice. Unbelievable!!!
