Some of the products came broken

Delivered wrong item

Good ratio quality/price but worse customer service ever….

customer service giving unuseful information and not really helping customer to solve problem. And slow delivery.

I didn’t receive all the products I ordered

I have ordered from Colourpop before and those purchases were delivered fine. However, this time around some of the eyeshadows in two of the palettes were broken. What's worse is that I die not receive the blush I had ordered and paid for (from the Sailor Moon collaboration), but a Supershock blush in a shade I cannot use. I live in Germany and have to pay customs as well as other fees for every package I receive, so I will not bother with customer service, as it would cause me more trouble than it's worth. I do love Colourpop's products and it's not the company's fault international shipping is such a hassle, but I don't think I can order again if there are such problems with my purchase.

The colors were not that great. I ended up just giving the mystery box to my daughter for play make. There wasn’t any natural or flattering colors I could use for any usable looks.

I wasn’t pleased with the selection of products in my box. They were all dark shades that I really can’t use. I love colourpop products but was so disappointed in this order.
