Never received my order, my address was not entered properly, they preferred to refund me instead of helping me

The body oil packaging is cheap and the pump does not work. Similarly, the sculpting brush that I bought is cheaply made. In my opinion, $10 is way too much for how small the brush is.

Received two $5 off coupons for doing product reviews. Neither code would work because I had “newer released” palettes and sale items in my cart. Those kind of restrictions on a measly $5 coupon?? With the kind of money I spend on this brand? Sheesh

It is not opaque at all. I had to layer it over another liquid eyeliner, hoping to get the glitter effect, but you can barely see that either.

Literally was entering credit card information for the twilight launch and yall took the items out of my cart at CHECKOUT, horrible.
