I love the deals and the free shipping when you spend over $30. I don't like that you cant use promo codes on sale and that the search engine doesn't work half the time. For example, I will search disney eyeshadow and only certain one will show up and the rest I have to search by the name exactly.

I love the eyebrow pencil in Dark brown. It’s convenient & can give me a full brow look in 5 minutes since its so skinny and fine. Its my favorite since i don't wear makeup often and im always in a rush. I can’t wait to try the eyeshadow palettes.

I love colourpop, and have never experienced issues with checkout before, and even these were minimal. When i was checking out it displayed a total that didn’t make sense and after refreshing a few times it fixed itself, but apple pat didn’t work so i had to go through manual checkout

love the products & website is super easy to use & aesthetically pleasing; a teensy bit overpriced but other than that great!

A lot of things were sold out. Had trouble finding concealers, powders and foundation.

The colour pop graphics and entire site is done really nice, easy to navigate and find what i want. the only thing i would want changed would be so that i can see the items price in my currency if i want(CAD) just for more convenience. other than that, great
