Great product really pigmented and beautiful bold colours

I have shopped colourpop before and love the selection, love the products. They have had great sales but affordable even when not on sale. The website is easy to navigate.

Easy to navigate website. Products are sorted well, great pictures. On mobile the loading can be a little tricky as you have to scroll all the way down a few times to get more items to load.

I love Colourpop's quality, especially at the price. I shopped because the entire store was 30% off. The store is easy to use and the product quality is unmatched at the price point. However, I'm sad to see the price increases. I've been shopping on Colourpop for a long time, and the lip products used to be $5. I understand why the luxe formula is more expensive, but I'm disheartened to see the same products sold for a higher price.

I feel like it it taking longer than i expect to get an email saying it's being shipped. The order should have been processed once the money was taken out of my account.

The products range is amazing and the quality is impeccable especially for the price. However, the last time my items arrived many of them were poorly manufactured and were barely usable. Their customer service for refund/feedback is horrible to say the least (every reply feels automated which doesn't make sense considering their customer service on other matters apart from refund seems to be well taken care of). Taking a leap of faith to purchase again and really hoping that the products will all come in good condition.
