I have been shopping at Colourpop since it opened. I will continue to make purchases as their products are affordable. I wish they would expand and sell in put drug stores in Canada.

They take ENTIRELY too long to ship orders. My friend and I place 2 to 3 orders per month, and it takes forever for items to be shipped, and received. I could WALK to Cali and pick up my orders ALOT faster! 🤬

no issues ordering but the time it takes to ship is a little longer than expected.

It would be more convenient if you could mention under each product if it is Alcohol free ..

I love colourpop. But I live in Europe and we cant enjoy free shipping, that is what holds me back the most. Cause if we order more than 20€ and something, we have to pay for the custom. I once paid 70€, which is a lot. And if I order less than 50$, it's not free shipping and I have to pay the shipping. So it's a few times the price of shipping that I have to pay to get everything I want. Hope ya'll do something about it for your international customers.

You should more clear and more pacific for the delivery and the time.

I love how cute & affordable this company is. I’m not really into makeup but this is a great place to start if you are like me & want to try things out. Only thing I wish is that they did returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit since some products don’t look exactly how they looked online in person or if the product is the wrong shade or just doesn’t suit you. Overall a satisfied customer.
