If I could leave negative stars, I would. Package said it was here in mid September, in time for my daughters birthday. It is now November and still no package. No answers from anyone either. I've done my part and contacted Colourpop AND the post office with no explanation. I will NEVER order from this company again. My 8 year old was SO excited about the sailor moon collection and it is 2 months later with absolutely NO action taken on your behalf to fix the issue you've created. I get stuff happens but 2 months of the blame game being pushed back and forth between Colourpop and USPS with no effort to fix the issue on EITHER side or even refund is absolutely f ing ridiculous. Again, I would leave negative stars if it was available to do. Will NEVER see another penny from me.

I haven’t received my last order yet and it’s been more than 3 weeks And I cannot track it cause the page won’t update

Never received merchandise and still pending refund. It has been over 60 and my frustration and lack of satisfaction is enormous.

Right now I am giving them only 1 star because every single time I go to their site to place an order, they are out of whatever I am looking to purchase. Their inventory is horrible!!! The products get a 5 star, but for inventory reasons, it's a 1 from me right now.

I received defective product and advised ColourPop. I sent several pictures to ColourPop, as they requested and they refused to exchange for a new box of gel eyeliner. The multi color gel eyeliners I received were dried out. Consumer beware.

I will never order from you again. You where no help when my package was stolen and I still had to pay for it. I have order from you before and this time it was a very bad experience. So if I could give you 0 stars I would. Thank You

First of all they sent me someone else’s order and now I’m having to email back and forth to get this corrected for something I ordered in August... this is the worst I’ve had to deal with colourpop. Very frustrating

Package was returned by DHL (not ColourPop's fault); however, ColourPop refused to resend the package and explained that the coupon I had used would no longer be valid when I repurchased the item. Their customer service is a joke. I am still waiting on a refund. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for over a month. I will not order from ColourPop in the future.
