really wish they had an option for choosing another palette for byop. I done so much research about shades and how they would actually look on my skintone, only to see that the byop auto palette was out of stock so I couldn't get the discount on the shades I chose. I was very disappointed to see that now I have to take things out of my cart and figure out what to do. Wish I could keep the deal even without the palette, or at least be able to choose another palette. disappointed. Other than that very unfortunate event, was good, the swatches are inaccurate/ nonexistant but can easily be found for medium-dark skin with enough searches on youtube

I LOVE Colourpop! Their products are amazing! The only thing I can suggest as far as their website goes is that I need to be able to zoom in on product images!! Also, my obsession with the Super Shock Shadows is real but so is the struggle to store/organize them! I have come up with some awesome ideas but I wish I could have stored them vertically while still knowing the shade!! With that said, thank you for your AMAAAZING products!! 😘

Everything is gorgeous

Colourpop has great quality and outstanding prices. True value for my money in anything I've purchased from them- and I've tried a lot! I did take off one star only because it is difficult to judge the colors of the products from their pics online (if there even is one) and you can't return or exchange it. But there is such an assortment you can usually find something close to what you're looking for. Plus I absolutely LOVE the sets- they are the best value!

Everything is amazingly high quality, but shipping to Australia takes nearly a whole month.

I love all the pallets but I ordered 12 shadows and only received 11.

I love colourpops super shock shadows, their consistency and pigmentation are amazing (especially for the proce point) and they last forever. I wish their mascara was not so waxy, as it can feel overly heavy and chunky. But the range of their bright mascaras is fantastic, their red and fuschia shades are staples in my collection. As are their blushes and highlighters Something else I'd love to see more of from the brand, is more variation of dark foundation shades. A lot of them are far too warm, and some of the shades for darker skin can skew very red/orange. So I think some cool or neutral undertones, would really help. Although I do love the formulas for the concealers and foundations, the liquid concealers can be drying under the eyes (separation and what not) but have a good coverage and work well on oily skin types. Ultimately colourpop has a lot of amazing options, and so far I've had great results using the majority of their products.
