Aún no me llega el producto que compre, el Rastreo del paquete lleva casi un mes detenido.

I bought from Colourpop the Colour Me Pretty eyeliner, which is about an $80 product, just to have to about 3 of the eyeliners work! The rest are dried out! I cant use use the products with the rest of my eye makeup because it will destroy my look. I'm very disappointed and I will never buy another product from Colourpop again!

I didn't receive my order

No customer service they said something and never did it Won’t buy again

I never received my order and when I reached out to customer service for help, they did absolutely nothing to assist me. I had gotten this as a birthday present for my niece who in turn was also upset she never received anything.

My package was lost and only after getting confirmation from the delivery company would colourpop help me despite their FAQ saying after 21 business days to reach out. The only help they'll give is a ONE TIME replacement OR refund. If my package is lost again, although wouldnt be my fault nor is the first my fault either theyd get to keep my money. Also after a month of waiting some of my items are now out of stock and i was only offered a coupon with an expiry date. Terrible customer service policy, someone needs to pay me back if I don't receive my items.

I only wish I could give you 0 stars. Literally one of the all time worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. Package never arrives and the best you can say is contact the shipper. Its your product that you dont stand behind at all. I have literally ordered from so many other companies and have never once been treated as worthless as Colourpop treated me. Lowest of the low right. 0 *****

My two orders were shipped over two months ago from the US to Chile, and still, none of them have arrived at my house. The last tracking update was weeks ago, I asked ColourPop about it, and they say they have a 20-day policy by which they can't help me if I've waited longer than that (they never mentioned this before). My orders sum up to 120 dollars, and neither ColourPop nor the carrier they used to deliver my package take responsibility over this.
