My palette I got was a little scratched

Everything I bought was amazing nothing was damage so far thank god. The only thing is that one of my newer placed orders hasn't been shipped yet and it doenst really give a good explanation of what the reason is. I dont mind waiting but at a reasonable time period and as long as I know why I'm waiting.

The shipment itself took a very long time (almost a month) which was not the best. However, it was shipped to Canada so it was just on the tail end of the expected 10-21 business day delivery for international shoppers. The only material flaws were one box that was pretty beaten up but it contained the blending sponge so no big deal there. I still give 4 stars because love all of my items from the purchase and they did give a complimentary single pressed shadow to apologize for being late.

While there's quite a bit of fallout from the eyeshadows, this is honestly one of the most fun things because it's all customized. So I'll take that little bit of negative with the positive. Would recommend.

I love their products and can't wait to try them but the shipping took forever.

When i enter on the website they say my order is still pending, so i have no traking number neigther can i know if my package is already been sent or not, I've paid already online, so i just wish to know if its already coming to me

Colourpop has a lot of great products, but it was difficult to online shop because there was not a way to press the back button and/or continue shopping.
