Really great service and products

The options are great. I am a first time user and bought a custom palette and a pretty fresh concealer. So when I tried to use a 10% off code, it increased the total price. I was confused because I thought it would cut the price a little. Now my code is wasted because I already bought my items.

I really love colourpop lippies. They dry my lips out. The only issue I have with them is that it takes so long for them to fill and ship their orders.

I love the makeup that I got. The eye shadow is smooth and beautiful. The lipstick is soft and not sticky.

Love the products, love the brand, love the price! However, I don't like how a bundled product on sale sells out in the same day and then magically is back in stock the next day when I purchased the products separately the day before at a higher rate. It feels a bit like marketing BS.

Have purchased from Colourpop on two separate occasions. Whilst the transactions and deliveries were smooth & product arrived quickly (about a week & a half to Australia), it kind of stinks that the $$ amount on the website only shows U.S (cannot change to match the dollar from the country that you're ordering from) & they charge extra GST (goods and services) on purchases whilst Tarte, Kylie Cosmetics etc does not. Other wise, good experience & will buy with future sales.
