I was excited for the hocus pocus collection, when I received my package the pallet was broken. I emailed customer service and they just told me it had a bumpy ride and to dust it off. Never buying from colourpop again !

I didnt receive my package as it was lost in the transit. I got my full refund but I was very disappointed as I didn’t get any compensation. Even for the replacement, i wasn’t allowed to replace the OUT OF STOCK item with other item available online. I feel my money is stuck. Very bad online service especially for International orders
