Love the products, I just felt like it took a long time to get them

I love the eyeliners so far!

I've imported a few items from the Twilight Collection and I truly deeply loved everything, but, unfortunately, the liquid highlighter's lid was cracked, at leat it's still usable.

All was there but some Pallets were damaged with loose eye shadow that u had repress in the pans.

Delivery time was longer than most companies when ordering for the holidays.

The products were great! However one of my pallets arrived cracked. I emailed colourpop about it and haven’t heard anything back. Granted this was over the holidays but over two weeks later I still haven’t gotten a reply. Good products but lacking in customer service and communication.

I really love the color combos and the saturation of color. I don’t like the way the eyeshadow pallets are shipped—had 2 arrive with broken shadows.

Helped me with a refund after getting my order wrong. Probably better to buy from the U.S to see shade swatches especially if you are POC.
