Product was received broken. I immediately contacted customer service. I got a yes we got you message please allow 3-5 business days for a reply. 7 days later they still haven’t replied. Many people have raved to my about how great this company is and I am truly disappointed in the quality of the product as well as the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company for anyone who is used to professional products as these are mediocre almost made for child’s play.

The products are ok, nevertheless I expected a higher pigmentation from the super shock eyeshadows. What made me very mad was the fact that I placed 1 order which was for no reason packed in 2 different parcils therefore I had to pay twice the country Tax which was redicioulisly expensive. No courtesy from Colourpop. I will never order again and have warned my friends.

I made an order that took long to arrive. Then 2 eye shadow palettes were the wrong ones. I tried emailing twice but no response. I even received email confirmation that they received the email. It's been over a month now and they have not reached to make a correction.

I never got my product and rather than reship you canceled my order 🤷‍♀️ I got my money back at least

I purchased one of their holiday mystery boxes. I have done this in the past and was pleased with the results. This time though, it was very clear that the only things put into this box were the over stock things from collections that have completely flopped. With a box like this it needs to have a balance of neutrals and colors to help entice the buyer to want to explore ColourPop more and even purchase more in the future. Out of the whole box I received one eyeshadow pallet that I know I would actually use. The other two eyeshadow pallets were SO BRIGHT that there's no way I will ever use them. Everything else was a complete joke too. Honestly, if the whole box was even really worth the amount I paid, I'd be surprised. It was basically a bunch of random makeup that no one would want. This was the furthest thing from enticing me to purchase more from this company. Over all, I have one pallet that I could've paid less than $20 for on sale.

Well one of my a shadows was broken a little bit, but broken, and my package coming late. A lot of time to wait, so I feel like I am not satisfying with the service. Plus the company told me they don’t have one of my eyeshadows that I order in the website. They refund the money but I’m still sad of that. Because I order on Black Friday, and they told me like two or Three weeks later they don’t have one more of that eyeshadow.

Palate delivery damaged and color pop refused to replace it. 2 stars for the product bc I do like it but bad customer service
