I love colourpop and all of their products that I have used. The only reason why this wasn't a five star experience was because after ordered my order didn't ship for over a week and a half. To my knowledge nothing was out of stock or on back order. The fact that my package was not shipping right away was made known to me by colourpop. Other than that I love this company and am excited to receive my package

Shipping was quick when you factor in that it's like 2 weeks from Christmas. I'm disappointed that the lip gloss brush was frayed and I'll have to cut them down. Otherwise, the product formulas are wonderful.

It was great, the platform is really easy. the only thing I didn't like was that the hungry ghost eye shadow was loose, like when you touch it it is like loose powder. but apart from that it is all greatt

Colourpop has amazing products and is a very unique brand. I wish they would do a better job at having swatches for all of their products as it's what most of us who order online and don't buy at Ulta base our purchases on, and because some of the products dont have swatches I don't purchase them because I won't truly know what I'm ordering. There are swatches outside of Colourpop but I wish more single pressed shadows and supershock shadows had swatches too on their actual website.

I love the heck out of Colourpop and Fourth Ray Beauty but I ordered almost $100 worth of product almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped and I’ve reached out sooo many times on twitter and IG and haven’t gotten a response. I feel so unheard... I just want to know what’s going on with my order.

I overly love colourpop! I never had a problem with my orders until 12/2/2019. There’s a delay with my order which I understand, but I’m super anxious to get my package.

Shipping takes a while so I may go to an Ulta location next time but products are worth the wait. Pigmented with blendable formulas and lightweight on my skin. Doesnt feel cakey and looks just as good as expensive brands, but you get it for a normal price
