Your shipping department is a joke u know that right. How is it that you guys ship ur products in a mailer that has no cushion that is a joke. Then u guys say u don’t do refunds or anything but at the end of the day no bloody would be asking for refunds if u just maybe I do t know actually cared about your customers and there hard earned money they are giving to ship there products out nicely. This is my last time purchasing from you guys it’s truly disgusting how u treat ur customers.

I can begin by saying that while I love colourpop products, I absolutely hate how they hype up a release of a new line, and stock such a low amount. They drive an unbelievably large amount of traffic to their site, so much so that the release date had to be moved-and then carts that were full, were then empty upon arriving at check out. Your handling of the Hocus Pocus line was shameful for the fans who waited for a long time to get their makeup-most of us professional makeup artists who wanted it for our kits! Even Ulta stores were only given a few of each pallet, and the lines were out the door. I’m sure I’m not the only one who won’t waste my time any more. Do better for your long time customers!

I purchased a limited edition palette that was returned to colourpop, the post office marked my address as non existent so I’m not sure what address colourpop sent it to. My palette was returned to colourpop over a month ago and I have not received a refund. I sent a message and two emails and I finally received a response. Which was basically what was in their FAQ, my palette was still somewhere and once it returned to colourpop I would receive a refund. No help at all.

Purchased the hocus pocus winifred bundle and eye shadow pallet had four eye shadows cracked. It was a gift for a friend and they told me I had to send in a picture of the damage and every time I attached a picture it would give me a message saying unsupported file. I offered to send back the product and they would not accept it. And kept saying they need a picture. Not everyone is tech savvy and I dont have the time to continue contacting the company so I lost out on all that money! Poor customer service. Will never purchase anything again.

Your newly released products are sold out immediately. I understand it is first come first serve but these items are listed right away on E-bay or other 3rd party vendors at much inflated prices. When the products are first released you should limit buying power to one of each product. This will discourage 3rd party vendors from buying multiples of the same products. This will also give a chance to people who want to buy and actually use the product to get it without paying over inflated prices. It is just disappointing that the product is limited and 3rd party vendors have better computers and ways of being the first to buy them and upsell these products on 3rd party sites. I would just hope your company considers the customer over 3rd party sellers making large amount of money off your product.

I was so excited to receive the Hocus Pocus eyeshadow palette. This was my first time using a colourpop product. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was a lot of excess color on my brush, no matter how many times I tapped my brush, which in turn transferred to my face and not my eyelid. Some of the colors required numerous applications just to reach the desired color. When I had decided that I didn’t love this palette and wanted to return it, I was disappointed to find that all sales are final. Overall, my whole experience with colourpop has been awful. I will not be purchasing anymore of their products for future use.

I used to love them a lot but I recently purchased the hocus pocus colourpop collection and its been over TWO MONTHS and nothing what the hell colourpop? You can put out new things every week but not send out my purchase

While the product was great (well the fallout of the eyeshadow was annoying but otherwise great) the customer service was absolutely horrible. Colourpop knew from experience what to expect from a launch and still made no effort to fix it. I didn’t get any of the other items I wanted though I had them in my cart and was waiting in “line,” I was kicked out of place four times, and I waited two and a half hours the day of the original launch only for the company to gloss over the issue on social media and fail to keep people informed. This was my first Colourpop purchase and honestly, it might be my last. Wonderful product, but long time customers were right—the only place that guarantees the product are the online resellers that jack up the prices. What a waste of time.
