Good products

At first I was a little worried about how long it would take to ship to me, as the package hadn't been processed and shipped for 10 days, but once shipped it arrived to me fast and only took about 5 more days. I was very pleased when my products arrived. They're high quality and the eye shadows are super pigmented. The only thing is the eye shadow palette and beauty sponge are quite smaller than expected, but it's still okay for the price. Another thing to consider is how well everything was packaged. Every item was secure in bubble wrap so it wouldn't get damaged and I really appreciate that. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

I liked the palette, just wished the brown was more pigmented

I really have loved everything so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because you do not offer returns or exchanges. This is extremely frustrating because of the fact that you are an online company so for things like foundation and concealer if shade you get doesn’t match your skin that’s not only money that I have wasted but also product. You should at the very least offer exchanges or maybe think of offering sample sizes for customers who are new and want to try your brand. Otherwise you’re probably going to loose out on a lot of customers who are put off of your brand.

I love their products! Especially the brown liquid liner and mascara. This brown seems to be just the right shade andI love it! Will continue to buy. It doesnt smear on me anyway.😊😝

I just received my first order today. I didn’t give it five stars because it took almost two weeks to get the package . It is the holidays so I understand it takes longer. I loved the shadow compact but it didn’t come with a applicator. It’s ok because I have shadow brushes . I loved the shades and the sparkle in them. My favorite was the mascara. I have very short lashes and it made them look great . I will be ordering again and recommend them .

If you ever want to try anything, super shock highlighters and liquid lips are bomb af! I’m so in love with the products and the prices (even converted to the Australian dollar it’s alright). I’m just not in love with how long it takes to get to Australia😩 My fastest order got to me in about 12 days, my slowest and most recent orders have taken about 3weeks to a month. I know it’s not always the company’s issue but I have had a mixed bag of results.
