I am completely disgusted with the help I got from customer service about my order or the hocus pocus line. My first package never arrived and then I reached out to customer service for help, then the replacement was sent to my old address and then I was told they couldn't do anything about getting it to my correct address.

ColourPop botched the launch of their Hocus Pocus line badly. I took off work twice to buy some items and ended up with nothing even though I checked out my cart within two minutes of the release

I’ve only ordered from colourpop once and it was an awful experience. I had placed my order after hours of waiting for the product to be released and received my confirmation number for my order. I was excited that the wait was worth it but then 30 minutes later I received another email saying colourpop canceled my order. My credit card had been charged and I was to wit for a refund and the hours I spent waiting for this product were all for nothing. I was very disappointed and don’t plan on shopping from colourpop again.

The hocus pocus launch was a total disaster. Not only was it pushed back a day, but everything was sold out within minutes. I even was able to access a few minutes early and by the time I went to check out my item was sold out. Very disappointed. I hadn’t ordered from you guys in years and I see why now. Won’t be ordering again.

My palette came broken & I was told it’s just dust. Also was told that I should just repress it. I didn’t buy a broken palette, but that’s what I received. Customer service was horrible. I buy a lot from this company so I’m really disappointed!
