Was a seamless and easy to navigate website. No fuss international payment after clarifying earlier with the team via email. The only lack of star was that I had to wait for more than 2 weeks due to Black Friday sale, in which I only got notified post-Cyber Monday sale. Overall, the packaging, products came unharmed and I am a happy 1st Colourpop customer!

It is the holiday season so delays are expected. I specially ordered glitter eye shadow and lipstick for a Christmas party, and that and another party came and went and I still didn’t have my product. A+ on the lipstick and glitter shadow.

Items were all carefully wrapped, however the UBL lip bottles in my Bitti Sweetener lip bundle appeared to be a lil worn out. Not sure what happened to it. ☹️

Shipping is much faster than before and items are now well-packed with no breakage at all. I order Colourpop items about once a year and continue to be impressed by their value. My only gripe was that the packaging of the Run The Coop jelly shadow seemed really flimsy and cheap compared to my previous jelly shadow purchases.

The purchase process was great. I made my order in early October and I only just received my package in mid December, at no fault to Colourpop. The shades are all beautiful, bought the Safiya Nygard collection. However, one of the shades arrived broken.
