I love their products but the customer support that they have is not very good.

If I could give less than this I would! I have never received my package.

This is the worst makeup I have ever purchased in my entire life. The eyeshadow palette... is very pretty... but the actual eyeshadows crumble out when I try to use them. I’m extremely disappointed. The lip glosses are okay-ish. A bit sticky but not completely unbearable. Overall, this was just Disney Princess aesthetic and not real makeup.

I ordered Colourpop during the early Oct and till now which is the mid Nov the order status was yet to be updated. So i contacted Colourpop and i was told that my parcel was lost in transit. Im very disappointed by this experience that i have never expected my parcel would be just disappeared like this. Nevertheless the customer service team managed to get back to me in a short period of time and update my status. I was just very unhappy about the parcel.

Horrible never got what I ordered emailed them and they basically left me on read!

My pallet arrived broke. I contacted customer service to let them know, they replied back asking for a photo which I sent and I never heard back.

I feel like the lippies I received were old.

My order got lost on it's way to Nigeria. When I contacted colourpop I was told that i can either ask for a refund or replacement of my order and if the replacement got lost, I'd have to forfeit my money. Who knows how many customers have had to forfeit money like that and then the company gets to keep money for items customers never received. If you're shipping to Africa or Nigeria on particular, you may want to beware of buying from them except you have alternative shipping arrangement.
