Buyer beware...Nice product, reasonable price but company is a huge pain with which to deal. Got WRONG order and was given tons of crap. Final agreed to keep order if they replaced broken pieces. Nope. No live person with which to speak. Customer Service were jerks. Buy through somewhere else you want these palettes. Compay is just too awful and has the worst customer service. AVOID.

I never received my palette. I know this is not the quality of the product itself but I’ve been trying to reach out to colourpop and postal services to locate the palette I paid for for weeks and I still don’t have it.

Irresponsible customer service - refused to assist on delivery issue despite seeing status as "Arrived at LA Hub" and no progress from there for a month. CS redirected customer to sort delivery issue out with courier without providing any assistance! Very disappointed with colourpop. Loved your products, not your service

actually, i shouldn't even give a star cause my order was cancelled. After 3 weeks had passed, i asked for an update on my shipment and colourpop told me they cancelled my order. I have vowed to never try to purchase from colourpop again. How can you fulfill orders if you are too busy releasing new collections every other day?
