I'm very satisfied with my products. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took almost 2 weeks to get my order.

The products themselves are great! I would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t took quite as long to receive them. They were worth the wait though.

Really cute really useful monochrome palettes. Good size and really good pigment and longevity. Only slight downer some of the eyeshadow pans semi popped out of the case. They popped back in but the glue probably needs work. And I'm slightly worried about putting them in my bag or if I drop the palette.

Fantastic products at an affordable price. Shipping delays take a star from my rating.

Maybe the order can be checked on time. And other is perfect！

Love their products! Although the shipping time takes a while, I don't mind it at all since I really love their products. The customer service has been great to replying to my emails. Having also a confirmation email that they know that shipping it out is taking a while really helps me know they still know my stuff has been ordered and gives me reassurance.
