I never received it and they did nothing to help. Told me to go file something with the post office... they only do that if you had insurance... so giving 1 star on sucky customer service... product can't be that great if the customer service is that bad.

I never got my package and when I emailed them multiple times asking where my package is at or if i can get a refund they respond with it’s on it way. I never got it. This place sucks spend your money elsewhere.

I haven’t been able to make a purchase because they have me blocked and I can’t pay no matter what card I use. I emailed them and nothing so I guess they don’t want to sell me

I was never sent any tracking info for my order. After weeks went by and nothing arrived i contacted colour pop and they told me that my order had been returned to them. They didnt explain why but told me i would have to reorder if i still wanted the order but any special offers i received would be lost. They didnt refund me until i contacted them about my order. To be honest made me feel like this was a scam.

J'ai tenté pour la première fois de passer une commande et cette commande es resté bloquée puis elle es reparti chez colourpop j'ai échanger plusieurs mail ou ont me demander d'être patiente pour la réception et finalement jamais reçu... Très déçu je ne commanderais plus

The palette I received was used and damaged. Three of the colors were smudged and scratched and the case was scratched up inside and out. When I contacted customer service (and included pictures), they told me that nothing was wrong and they would not do anything.

These items were to be gifted to someone but unfortunately I wasn't able to gift these items due to one item was missing and the other was damaged.
