I never received one of my orders. They keep telling me to wait and ask my neighbors. I was supposed to receive it by November 27. It is now December 4 and they have not even gotten back to me about what to do next. I really hope they reach out to me, I was so looking forward to getting my items.

All merchandise consisting of several pallets and lip glosses ordered (around 10) were either broken, looked like finger prints were all over, scratched outer casings, dirty and leaking sticky lip glosses. Will never buy or recommend this brand to anyone and oh customer service has been horrible and very unprofessional.

Hello! I placed an order in October 20, 2020 and I saw in my order history that my order was sent in October 23, 2020 but unfortunely I didn't receive it. I wrote to the Colourpop contact and doesn't know where is my order. Today, December 2, 2020 I have not yet receive my order neither a resolution about this problem, it suppose that in November 20, 2020 send me again the products but just which were available in that date because some of them were out of stock, but this 4 products have not been send it to my address, yesterday December 1, 2020, I received an email in which told me that one product of this 4 was not available and sent to me a coupon to use in another purchase but I said many many times to Hailey that I don't want any refund coupon I just want my money back of all the products. Please I need my money back in my credit card, I paid $167.37 and just received a refund for $61. It's impossible that one month and a half later I don't receive a good resolution. Order kept on coming back cancelled messaged them multiple times and got no reply. I was hoping to buy their palletes while they were on sale but now I can’t. Customer service team also gave generic answers and didn’t really provide any solutions.

I never received my order, I contacted colourpop about the issue they said it’s out of their hand and they don’t know where it is, I contacted my local post office they didn’t receive anything and DHL didn’t update me on the status of my order. It’s been exactly 6 weeks since I placed the order. Overall, I shouldn’t be the one dealing with this mess since I paid for shipping, it’s colourpop’s job to locate my package and send me updates. If you can’t tell me where my package is or when I’ll receive it then the least you can do is cancel my order and refund me. Thank you.

I ordered a product at the beginning of September, and the tracking send it was shipped on the 8th of September. It is now Dec 1st and nothing has changed on the tracking and I still do not have my product. I contacted customer support, and they told me that I would get it EVENTUALLY within a month and they just sent me a small product that I only bought to get free shipping and not the product that I wanted. Apparently, I cannot be refunded even though it has been over 3 months now. This was my first time ordering from Colourpop, and I will be no longer supporting them. Bad customer service and bad business model.

Never received my products and they refused to refund me my money. Emailed Jessica and she was extremely rude. Wouldn’t shop here again.

Almost a month. It says delivered but I never received the order! The help center wants me to call the delivery company, why? I am the customer, I only need to pay and wait for my stuff, not my job to find the lost packages
