In my palate one of the colors was loose

Really happy with my eyeshadow palettes from Colourpop. Their customer service team are nice and friendly too. My only negative was the delivery which took over a month - granted it was to the UK and close to the Christmas period but I just expected delivery to be a bit quicker considering the shipping charge. Overall happy with my order.

My daughters love their pallets! Frozen one was super cute. Shipping was delayed but got Items before Christmas.

It would be really great if the Colourpop items could be ordered in Canada. There was a long wait time to receive our product. As for the actual products, they are great!

I wanted to give five stars but 3 of my palette choices came cracked. Still work and are beautiful colors but disappointing.

Good so far. Still going through the order. So far colourpop has knocked it out of the park.

I like the colors of the palette but I get a lot of fallout. The brush is a bit stiff and it makes blending a bit uncomfortable but I hope it will get softer with use

Great product just took a long time to arrive . I live in britain so i did expect a long wait for my item , however this was longer that expected
