I love the value of their products and the quality is good considering the price. I have had a few minor issues with the website and I don't like that they don't allow exchanges for face makeup that doesn't match my skin tone. But I have made a lot of purchases and will probably make more.

Everything arrived perfect, the palettes are gorgeous, love them all. They were the perfect Christmas gifts, although I’m in Mexico City, and it was pure torture not knowing if the package was gonna arrive on time. It took two weeks, which was perfect, the little problem was that I had no clue about it!

Great shipping time, fantastic customer service. Really good products as well. Only complaint is that box arrived a little beaten up, but I think that’s more to do with the transit than y’all, and everything inside was packaged safely and arrived unharmed.

The actual product? Great! The packaging? Unfortunate. The mirrors in the smaller 9-shade palettes fell out, and the pans come right out with just a hit against the back of the palette. Probably just a shipping error but 😞

Die Produkte sind super, leider wird Colourpop nur in den USA verkauft und nicht in Europa. Jede Bestellung muss per Flugzeug einen langen Weg nehmen.
