I like the design and the idea but, the execution lacks a bit. I have a lot of fall out in the pan and the colours are much lighter than in the pan.

Colourpop is one of my favorite brands but sometimes I receive product thats defective or just not good and you guys don't do refunds or returns, which makes me hesitate to order unless there's a really good promo code because if I dont like something I can't even return or exchange it. It was understandable when the prices were very low but the prices have gone up so much they they are comparable to prices at sephora, where I can actually return something if I do not like it. I think you guys should really re think your return policy.

The aduanas were more expensive than the shippment itself! But the product is amazing.

i ordered an eye liner.. the price was ok. i do love its made with ethical ingredinats but the product itself was large and hard to do as an eye loner and the color was a bit too red. I wont reorder. ill go back to me nordstrom eye liner. more expensive but i like it better.

Great product great price. Cannot get ahold of customer service. Wish they would stop using products not intended for the immediate eye area in eyeshadow

I bought an eyeshadow palette and while the colors are nice and pigmented the palette itself isn’t the most durable. I dropped it a few inches from the floor and all the eyeshadow pots flew out causing them to crack. This is because they use magnets to keep them in place. I see what they were going for but the execution was poor leaving my eyeshadow crumbling.

I only hope that my order can be traced to the logistics, and I want to know where it is now. I am very dissatisfied that the logistics has not received the goods for more than a month.

Just improve the texture and formula of your liquid lipstick.
