The products are excellent. My issue with the company is their policies. If they ship you the wrong product or if the product is damaged, you are not given a replacement or a refund. Instead you are given an expiring promo code that can't be used with other promos. You are essentially being scammed into paying for shipping or more product to meet the free shipping minimum. It's claimed that they are a small company which was true once upon a time, but it is no longer the case. Colourpop is an internationally known company and is sold in certain retail store such as Ulta. They should change their policy for things that were not the consumer's fault.

I ordered a vault of créme gel eyeliners. One of them was completely dried out, so the quality control missed one of nine. Then, I contacted them to send a replacement. They asked for pictures of the dried one, which I sent. When I received the replacement, it was for a completely different color, not even one of the other ones in the vault. This time their quality control missed 100%. I thought it was a little ridiculous they would be so serious as to ask me to provide proof of the messed up product but then send me a dark red liner instead of a light yellow one. Why pretend you care about quality control when you clearly do not? When I told them they sent the wrong color and provided a picture, they told me they could not send the correct color and instead gave me a coupon for the cost of a single gel eyeliner that was set to expire in two months. Uhhh how am I supposed to replace the original color when what you've sent me won't even cover the additional shipping I would have to pay? I paid for the colors I wanted already, now I have to pay more to receive what I already should have in my possession that you have now messed up twice? Honestly the coupon code was the third time they messed up because that was a ridiculous non-solution to their first two. Ultimately I told them that the coupon was not a solution when all I wanted was the original dried out color and I wouldn't even be able to get that with the code they provided me. They wound up refunding my method of payment and stated that it was a one time courtesy, as if I had been being difficult, when all I did was politely notify them that they sent the wrong color as a replacement and that I wouldn't even be made whole by their coupon code which would require an additional payment to actually get the eyeliner I had already paid for. Their quality control is garbage and their customer service is almost as bad. No idea why I was told that the refund to my payment method was a one time thing as if I hadn't been forced to spend a full month trying to get what I had paid for in the first place. If you had just gotten it right either of the times you sent the eyeliner, or included the cost of shipping in the coupon, I wouldn't have needed a refund.

I ordered quite a lot and one part of my order, called the vault, which came with 5 pallettes, 3 came with the eye shadow pans messed up and I've never had to go through a hassle with any other makeup company to get a replacement.. but it was a process for ColourPop.. I still didn't even finish the process because I didn't want to go back and open up the pallettes which have eye shadow powder all over it to take a picture so they have just been sitting there in the corner.

My package was missing a palette, and instead of shipping me the palette which was in stock and currently is in stock, they wanted to offer me a coupon for its value instead of a refund. The coupon would require me to make another purchase and pay for shipping. The glitter shadows are p gritty and the blues are very chalky. The shimmers are nice but nothing to write home about, my favorite thing was the orange pigment colors.

Package never arraived to my (international) destinaron so its a bit dissapointing, however customer service provided me a reffund, but because this was my first experience purchaising at colourpop Im not feeling comfortable on doing it again.

Overall, the quality of the palettes were very poor. Given the price that I purchased them for, I really shouldn’t have had high expectations for them but for some reason, I had always wondered what colourpop palettes were all about. I will definitely stick to Juvia’s Place from here on out. I tried to test a color on my brand new Powerpuff Girl’s palette and the whole color practically came off with one swipe. Highly disappointed in it’s pigmentation. Highly disappointed in it’s quality. Not even worth what I paid for and I purchased everything on sale. Never again.

This latter delievery was good, but my first palette never appeared and i lost 70euros to you never replying to my messages to your custom service. I am deeply dissapointed and would not order anything from you if it wasn't raw beauty kristis palette. Hope you do better someday and maybe i will change my mind, until then i won't be giving you my precious coins. >:(

Ordered gift collection received hocus pocus incomplete collection, 1 item was replaced but other item coupon was given, this was supposed to Be a gift but was unable to give it due to missing item. Free shipping should have been offered with product coupon.
