It took too long to relieve my package, and my tracking number didn't work at all, till I contacted customer service.

I got the white blur concealer and it’s bad…. Doesn’t conceal right, it actually gathers weirdly instead of blending out right

I didn’t receive my order

Service client inexistant, messages envoyés suite à frais de douane réglés à tort et un produit reçu moisi..jamais eu de réponse à ce jour. Je ne recommanderai plus.

ColourPop says in their web that taxes and duties are included for orders shipped to Spain, but they don't include them if you qualify for free shipping. This cost me more than 50 extra Euros for a 90 euros order. When I asked for help to ColourPop, they didn't help at all, they just told me that, if I didn't pay what my postal service was asking me, they wouldn't return me the money I paid, even if they received the package back. I think this is even illegal when you are selling to Spanish customers, but I didn't want to have any problems and I just paid. Hope this helps.

My order was canceled without any explanation. I couldn't even take advantage of the offers or explore the products because of it. I would never recommend Colourpop.

My order is still in customs waiting to be returned from Spain, or destroyed as I was told by colourpop. It has been there for three weeks because I refuse to pay three times what the order cost me in order to be released. And that is because colourpop offers free international shipping but does not provide the customs fees they normally do on normal orders. Therefore when it get in customs they have to do inspection and charge you three times what you saved.And in Colourpop say they have nothing to do in this issue. I have thrown my money away and will never buy from colourpop again.

Just once I would love to place an order and it arrive whole and not shattered.
